Picked up a crane and some other goodies last trip

Drove the deuce out yesterday morning to get an arctic heater kit for the m939 series, Thankfully every thing came off easily, except the oil pan shroud which was smashed in so I was unable to get it off. Every thing I have worked with so far has worked properly, the personnel heater spooled up...

The A1s also have the air auto throttle.

They are cable driven but there is a pass through transducer that mounts kind of between the compressor and IP pump, It sends tach info to the STE/ICE port.

Glen, Do you have any 900series electric tach sending units? Didn't know if you had any you had pulled, ones I had seen last time I was there were mostly on MC trucks, didn't know if there were still any there that might have one. Thanks RK

Made a quick trip out today to get a level winder. Just when I got on the interstate to go back home stupid F-150 started missing. Wish it ran as good as the 5ton does.

Is this like the tow bar you found? Some one just posted one in the classifieds.

If you need some help replacing it let me know, since the one in my f150 went out quite suddenly, thought it might be a good idea to get some experience replacing big ones just in case the one in the 923 ever goes out.
