    Title is in my name I just have not had a chance to get the plates. Officer said nothing about the plate. Just the height of the bumpers and the frame. I have almost 3000 miles in this and never had any issues till today.

    I apologize the correct code is MCL 257.710C and still only goes up to 10,000 lbs

    I agree. But now I have to deal with going to court. The officer stated MCL 257.701C which is a max GVWR of 10,000 nothing for over that.

    So for the last 4 months now I have been driving my M1078 almost everyday. This morning a Dearborn Heights Police officer pulls me over stating its too high and is not street legal. Ticketed me for Height Violation. Has anyone else on here experienced anything like this before?
