Looks nice. I don't think the original headlight location is bad. The original bulbs are a bit dim. If you are going off roading at night all that extra light can't hurt. Take a pic at night with them on.

The washer fluid tank comes out you have to twist it just right. No need to remove the cover.

It should be firm with or without air in the system. If it feels spongy it could be going bad.

The throttle cables are known for being sticky. Sometimes it's improper placement. You want nice curves nothing tight or it will bind. I reposition them often. Splice a piece on with double ended connector

The door lock mechs are few and far between. Are your brakes caged?

I dont know if I would spray wd40 into the air system. If the spring brakes are not engaging they may be out of adjustment or other issue.

The TX trucks are nice and rust free.
