One of my parts trucks has mismatched bell housings. The previous owner told me that they used the truck extensively on a pecan orchard and the truck was working great when they parked it years ago. The farm shut down and the truck sat for 25 or 30 years after that.

Nice score on the parts! Those are the 1-1/4 wheel cylinders. They look exactly like what came off my truck. Is the piston that the wheel cylinder cup goes on two pieces like the one on the right?

They don't even make that big of a bang. We always had a lot of them that were duds when I was in the service. Some didn't open that far even when they did fire. I wouldn't worry about that one hurting anyone, but make your own decision. That is just me.

Just don't chew on it or hit the primer with anything while you are holding it in your hand and you will be fine. There is little to no chance it will go off by itself.
