Getting caught up. Dump truck remains on back burner for now. Gotta get the Toys For Tots truck ready for events. I'll try and get back to it once Christmas is over.

Moved the truck next to the shop today and tried to knock a few pounds of gack off with the pressure washer. Not real successful but I know which degreaser to use. Also started pulling off the front cap. If the weather holds, I should be able to get the old cab off.

The solution was too easy, with hndrsonj's leadership and a phone call, the problem was found to be dirty points contacts. A little filing with my very old point file, it started sparking. We put everything back together and she started right up. Woot, Woot!!

Today, after charging the battery overnight, I reinstalled the battery. I poured gas down into the carb and checked to make sure fuel was getting to the carb from the gas tank. I crossed my fingers and ... forgot to change out the spark plugs. So, changed the plugs and set the gap to .40. Not...
