    If you want to try non oem, cummins has this part #3802287. I can confirm it fits the 6.5 turbo engine. The pulley does NOT have the lip on this model, but no issues. I got it for around$55 shipped on ebay.

    If you put on a new belt and you still have the sound, could be the tensioner is going out. On my "normal" vehicles, every time I change a belt, I change the tensioner. Overkill maybe, but thats just me.
