    Those are the numbers stamped for the bearing and race set. Very common and not special. I cant imagine what eastern would want for international shipping as they are already outrageous on domestic shipping. Make sure you get a quote upfront. Ymmv

    There is supposed to be a rubber block bushing on the springs with a u clamp that limits travel in case of bottoming out. They are difficult to find if the rubber is damaged.

    Welcome to Steel Soldiers and a good looking trailer ! A3 trailer has a slightly higher weight capacity than a A2. Max weight is 3160lbs on that axle. The reality is that is probably underrated and can handle more. I have put more than that in a2 and absolutely no problem in a 4 hour ride...
