Yes, The Montana title or SF97 is stamped off road only for all hmmwv except the USMC later models which command a premium price but come with a "clean" title with no restrictions. You have to sign an agreement that you also understand this and will not drive on road at the time of purchase...

Well, Surprise Surprise. Checked my status and approved 7/12. Bought 6/1, submitted 6/3 I guess a road trip is in my future. I wish everyone else the best in the process. Check your status on a regular basis as that is the only way I found out...... :clinto::clinto:

make sure you check your status on their website. I never got an approval email or snail letter that I was supposed to get to tell me the item had cleared. So far so good with no storage fees or any pressure as the EUC shows cleared 6 days ago! Hopefully I can snag it next week.

Can't say for gp but for gl it has been 30-45 days for me. I must be special. :-)
