Put a RoughCountry 4" lift on the cucv clone suburban today. Still need to put on the stainless extended brake lines. Going to replace the calipers while I have the lines off.

Scraped the cardboard headliner (or whatever it's made of) with a wire brush to remove all the old glue and foam. Sprayed some good 3m glue and layed it out.

Redid the headliner in my cucv clone suburban. Used marine marpat digital camouflage material. I think it turned pretty darn good if I must say so myself.

Installed a m1009 rear bumper onto the rear of my cucv burban an clone. Wasn't too bad, a lot of putting on and taking off to get the holes marked and drilled. Still needs to be adjusted a little bit.

Installed a corvette servo into the 700r4 trans in my cucv burban clone. Took about an hour to do, cost $14 with free shipping off amazon. Firmed up the first to second and seemed to do a little for the 2nd to 3rd.

The barn door straps on my cucv clone were starting fray and Lmc wants $100 for a strap. I'm not paying that so I did some more paracord Magic and made some. I made them a tad too long and will have to remake this one but you get the picture.

Look up "how to wrap a steering wheel with paracord" on YouTube. I believe it was the first video to pull up. It takes a little bit to get it down but once you do don't stop. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OeY_bYDV0AQ

Replaced the driver side front window felt and channel. Also wrapped the velour panel with the marpat material and overlayed the plastic wood grain panel with the 3m marpat sticker. Just have the rear passenger doors but it's 100 degrees outside so one door a weekend.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Installed a 20mm ammo can in the cucv suburban clone in place of the stock center console. The armrest pad is a 1/2" piece of plywood with some foam wrapped in the marpat material. Also installed a extinguisher and a bullet knob on the transfer case lever.

Did a little bit more on my cucv clone. Overlayed the instrument bezel with marpat 3m vynil, I think I'm getting pretty goon at laying this stuff out.

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

This is actually pics of my suburban m1007 cucv clone. I replaced the rubber and felt on the drivers side door. Took me a couple hours but learned how I get done so shouldn't take me that long with the other three doors. While I had the door panel off I wrapped the velour covered piece with some...
