Talk with swamp donkey. Its pretty easy. Just need to make a jig to line the bolt holes up. Not too difficult to take apart and find what you need that is broken- simp5782

Standard electric fans will not pull enough. Hydraulic fans or some of the turbine fans used on semis will work but they are pricey. You can rebuild your fan clutch for cheap sourcing each part thru ebay. @Swamp Donkey could probably supply you with most of the parts. Shutterstats are easy...- simp5782
