$25 lifetime!? Az just implemented 32$ a year tax to pay for highway cops pensions. I came here to say AZ gave me a 6 digit vin that was on the truck. Only needed state assigned if they couldn't find two of the matching vins. I paid extra for a third party to "Inspect / verify " my vin. Lol
