"undefined" is just a web error ... means that it's trying to fetch the status but the service or API that's supposed to get it is not working or returning the wrong info. Meaning it's SNAFU to no ones surprise. Hope they get it to you soon!

15.5 weeks and counting here. Mine was sent to the TSC a couple weeks back at least, but still nothing in hand.

I pinged them since I hadn't seen any changes, and their answer was pretty much "shut up and wait". Took them about a month to even glance at mine, and they didn't update the status during that time. I'm definitely experiencing just how slowwwwww the process is myself, so hang in there. As...

In the absence of the venerable Jwade, are there any insider resources lurking around here in this regard? Just asking as I noticed GP is not even indicating they've received the EUC I emailed to them a few weeks back. Figured it was worth checking just in case. Otherwise ... back to the waiting...
