Ok, I promised I would update when the issue was settled. I received a check this week covering the additional costs associated with the recovery at a different location. So GP made good. It took some doing but got done.
I have now in the last two weeks sent the communications that were had previously with JWADE to a new "customer service" Rep. Was told it would be going through their system. Still waiting. 5 almost 6 months.
Last I have heard even after several follow up requests. This was sent in November 17th.

JWade I am throwing the BS flag. I bought this trailer because of where it was listed and it was an easy pick up. It was ACTUALLY about 125 miles away and cost me several hundred dollars to recover. Who is going to pay me now for those very unexpected costs as even the zip code listed was...
