So over the last couple days, I got the new Catalytic Converter in, made a HUGE difference. Also got it registered, weighed (7550 lbs empty!), and first run to NAPA; gotta break it in right :-D

Also got the OE mudflaps mounted, I think they look awesome!

I have some HMMWV brush guards that may work with a little work. Just need a way to get it to you.

Well got it through state safety and emissions inspection on the first shot. Feels good to build something almost from scratch and have it passed the first go around. Put most of the interior back together, but gotta pull the old seats out, picked up some nice dark green ones at the U-pull it that will look alot better than the tan ones. I'll get pics when that is done. This truck gets thumbs up everywhere, its unreal how much fun it is to drive.

Hey Wheels, what is the lenght of the 923 bed? Any triming on the bed or frame to make it fit?

No mod at all to the 14 ft bed except removing the sides. This was originally a 178" WB truck so that might impact the project for someone else. Also this truck had 44" frame rail width so I had to install the cross bunks to come into the width of the bed rails. Overall a really easy project for the most part. Thinking of one?

Seats.jpgWell got the new to me seats in and raised them up about 1 1/2 inches. They are much more comfortable then the old RV couch chairs and look a little better. Double special bonus today was I got the heater blowers working and the AC blows nice and cold also! Good day today.

edit: Fixed the pic but can't delete the sideways one......
