Usually I can dig manuals or pdf's out of here, http://www.tpub.com/automotive.htm or Portrayal Press http://www.portrayal.com/manuals.html

......but that one is hiding so we'll bump it up and look again later tonight. I did find some ebay references by googlin' 9 snl g-262 so maybe looking deeper will net some results.

I do not have one. However, is your M47 Patton tank have the joystick drive control? If so, please let me know. Thanks.

Thanks murphy. My father worked on those in Korea. He complained about the hot rod drivers jerking the joystick forward and then reverse to hard/fast, thus taking out the final drive. Those are nice tanks and I am happy to see another one in private hands.M47 Joystick.jpg

We are excited I had a chance to buy a Sherman about 30 years ago couldn't afford it so I couldn't buy it I was happy to get the chance again sometimes a person gets lucky (maybe depends on what it cost to get it moving) We are gaining on getting everything to get it going again. Nice interior shot looks like ours. I hope once we find a transmission we don't find the final drive out but I could see how it could happen. When I was at Ft. Leonard Wood in the 70s It was amazing what a soldier could tear up!!!
