can i grab 12 volts off one battery to run a electric plow pump.i only have my driveway that i plow and don't really have the time to hook up a belt driven one right now.

Depends on your driveway and the weather really. If you have a half mile drive that takes a couple of hours to plow, the reserve of one battery may fade. Short term I think it would work.
Also, unless you can completely isolate the ground on your pump, you will need to use the front battery.
