Why is there never one of these that has the entire expenditures on it? Just the one designed to make defense seem too large.

And there is no doubt it could be done cheaper but we have too many politicians that want cuts as long as it is not in their district.

It's also too expensive until you're the parent who has a son or daughter in harms way.

The item is not necessary until your house is threatened by the enemy.
