Okay more Legos needed, 73m819 is on another Lego run. Ask him about his Lego cranes at the rally. He builds amazing 1:10 scale fully operational Lego cranes from scratch.

Just picked up another load. These are weighing in at 2 tons each so we are limited to 6 at a time.

$25 dollars each is ridiculously affordable.

Those are far cheaper than I'd have expected. Hmmm....
Ryan you can pick them up here for about the same price. They are filled from left over product in concrete trucks. I talked with our concrete producer in Monroe about them a few years ago. I wanted to build a fence from them. Only problem, I needed a solid foundation to mount them to or they would start to sink into the ground. Someday when I win the Lottery I will build that fence and I will finally have my medieval fortress !!!

ONLY on S.S. would a conversation arise about "Leggos", working cranes, MV's, a tent, and a medieval fortress arise! LMBO!! Thanks for the chuckle today!

Brilliant to use that tubing to give you the lift. I'm also digging the paint/color on your truck.

Blocks had to be dropped on side, chained up and then hoisted. The wrecker backed in place, left , drop and adjust

M73819 ran signals all day on the lifts. It is good to have a 40 year plus crane operator helping when doing heavy lifts.

Each block is 2 tons.

Once the first wall was up the then the main lift pipe had to be moved to the offside to prepare for the lift to get the leg extensions on and then lift the frame on the blocks

Gimpy they have a 3 inch deep by 1" diameter spike as you said on the feet. We are going to drill holes in the concrete to set the spike into that will provide additional rigidity and then also bolt each leg into the base.

If you look at the blocks real close, you WILL see why they are known as double D blocks.

I have a nice SDS drive Hilti hammer drill I can send down if you need a good hammer drill. Bits included.

Is stone picker up there? Saw he was road tripping again!! Yes that would be helpful. I can take care of shipping

All is looking good. I just have to ask this question though. How.much fuel did the M62.cosume during the day's operation?

We had about 4 hours run time at a burn rate of 1.5 to 2 gallons per hour not bad, lift rpm of 1200

Drop sides are priceless

The tractor started to become more practical. Had to move to a 6x6 to lift the opposite side on the blocks

NEVER, I repeat NEVER let a WANTA BE weatherman forecast the weather because I was told "The rain will be moving out by 1:00 pm" what the wanta be weatherman failed to say was where the rain was going to move out from, BECAUSE it sure did NOT move out from the LME erection site, in fact it MOVED IN from where ever it moved out from. A monsoon would describe the working conditions for todays LME work party.

What you really need is another LME and you can butt them together. Twice the space is good!
