Project time again at Zouts

Jasonjc....he probably would but he gets very limited time off as he is an Oral Surgeon and is continually running his tail off.

Busy day yesterday after breakfast with the CAMO crew.
Got the new windshield Doc had cut off the old template and Zout2 helped me rope it in.

Rebuilt the carb and what yuckie poo was inside the bowl...fired right up after installing it...will adjust it today.

Got a full exhaust but will have to add onto it because of the M170 overall length..only got the header pipe on yesterday...rest goes on today. Then put the interior back together seeing as I needed room to install the glass.
See how the day goes.

Exhaust came in - had to rebuild the carb and fix a rot hole on the bottom side of the fuel bowl.
Zout2 helped me rope in the windshield so this if finished.
The two metal bars are for fabbing the side curtain fronts for the door opening - finished.
Almost all the little pieces parts including the seat base that hangs were all fabricated here in the garage.

Inquiring minds gotta know.
You said cannot put gasoline in tank because vehicle is going into a museum.
If it is not going to be run, as long as it looks good,
why rebuild and repair carb, tune up engine....?
The engine could have no compression, be seized- who cares as long as it looks nice.

Ran it off a gas IV to make sure everything was ok in case Doc changes his mind. Its just what he wanted.
