    Default LMTV M-1078 Brake problems

I have a M1078 cargo and the right rear brake is locked. How do I unlock it?

Locked is a loose term. Maybe you mean the parking brake will not release? If so then bad diaphragm and we would replace it or just to move to repair place then cage the bad canister.

Is there air escaping? I lost one at the start of a parade on Veteran's Day. The only way to move the vehicle was to disconnect the air lines, cap them, then cage the canister as Floridianson said. If air is escaping before the canister then you'll need to track down the source first to determine what component actually needs repaired/replaced.
