You could cut off the mounts and use hinges. I used a 1 1/2 piano hinge on my back door.BUGOUT2

Built the drivers side trailer door this weekend TWICE the first try was 3 inches too small 16x19 not 16x16.

Ok, 3M makes a similar product to that. I used it to to spray the wheel wells on one of my 1101’s. Took one can per wheel well. Good stuff for sure. I don’t think coverage was economical with the 3M product compared to Monstaliner, which seems to be the favorite of most of the Jeep guys. But, for the application and speed and cleanup, it was worth it.

Today I will put in the side panels then I can spray inside the entire bed and tailgate. Also the tounge box, bumper and brackets.

That turned out really nice, and for the price, looks like you got a lot covered.
Was that in aerosol cans? Or pressurized cans? The 3M stuff I used was in a can that was pressurized. You had to be careful, because it was still kind of heavy when it was done. Bit of a learning curve to it.

Got another 6 bottles of raptor liner, I sprayed the battery box, bumper and the lid for the interior front box.
next weekend I will spray the interior side panels, tire carrier and brackets.
