The inner wheel well splash guard are all the same for the M939 series trucks. "A0"s and A1s were produced by AM General, A2s by BMY Harsco. Oshkosh did not build them.
There are several M939 5 tons being parted out in the classified. Should be able to find one here or there.

I Goggled the nomenclature, couple units on *bay, and other vendors, O.E.S. has the listed too. Pricey..
Post up a parts wanted, parts are out there.
