I have a '42 GPW and it has all the correct stuff: 4.88 gears, 6:00x16 tires, etc. Speedo is a modern repro and it reads about 10 mph low.

I know some of the repro speedos have a rep as running slow, but I'd like to verify the gears I have are the right ones. The one inside the transfer looks like a 5 tooth, although it is hard to tell, if you rotated it to a different spot it might only be 4. The driven gear is a 14 tooth.

What's correct? The driven gear should definitely be a 15 tooth, right?
