I have 6 solar panels, a 24 battery 24v battery bank, 3600 watt inverter/charger and 8Kw Isuzu diesel generator that auto starts/stops when needed, purchased a "service truck" air compressor that is engine driven, that took care of my high demand air needs. Propane appliances, direct vent oil boiler for heat/hot water all has been working well for many years.

Look forward to seeing the M715 project pictures.

almost the same here, 6 340 watt panels, 7kw air rotor, two main gensets, John deere 33 kw turbo diesel tier 4 4 cylinder and a Mitsibishi tier 3 4 cylinder 24 Kw non turbo on an A/B circuit 3300 amp hours in L-16 trojan deep cycle 6 volt batteries and twin paired Trace 3600 watt 24/36 inverters have 24 years on the inverters, Just replaced the battery bank , had 8 years on it . Usually get 8 to 10 years from a bank . Mitsu has 110 thousand hours on it all ive changed is a water pump and altenator volltage regulator, John Deere is a nice unit but parts are expensive Fuel control solenoid went at 820 hours costing 850$ Been off grid since 1998, septic, artesian well and my own 3 mile phone line lol Not a prepper, power company wanted 188 thousand dollars to run power in !
