You need to put a manual shut off right at the engine nozzle so you can shut it off manually after you get done using the truck. They tend to fail open. And then fill your engine up with water and hydrolock it or worse get past the rings and flood it out. It has happened before in some large equipment applications.

Dig this older thread up as well

Yes I am going to put a shut off valve in as well this just the testing phase I did place the hose on top to try to prevent syphoning but will be adding one. I read a lot of threads on here including that one. I was very concerned as well in that regard.

Make sure the inlet to your air compressor is before the water nozzle. Otherwise your compressor will be sucking all that mist

Ok fellas I took her out for a spin to pick up my daughter couldnt get video top was off and trying to beat the rain. I noticed the engine seemed quieter less throttle needed especially in 4th on a hill in 5th gear egts stayed at 1045 F wouldnt go no higher. I did notice the exhaust sound changed some and some steam color. The truck definitely has more power and ran cooler very pleased so far.
