Turn signal indicator lamp/alarm

Several years ago I bought an LED light for the turn signal indicator that had an audible alarm built in to it. Can anybody tell me where I can get one now? I've searched every way I know how through these forums and every parts dealer I can think of that I've ever used .

I'm sure it was on this site I first saw it but sadly it doesn't appear anybody knows or remembers anything.

Do you have any numbers off your old bulb? if you still have it. I had a mack/freightliner switch that was in my old M39 series truck that had an alarm built into it.

Another option if not available is to just get an alarm from a 939 truck that isn't as annoying or loud and just run jump wires from the turn signal wires to the alarm so when they come on and pulse the alarm would pulse and just ground the alarm to itself under the dash.

There's a thread here on the site somewhere. A member modified the turn indicator lamp circuit to let out the sound while looking original. I'll go practice my google-foo.
