Finding the history of my Military F350

I have an F350 that is a former USAF truck from Ohio. I have the Government asset tag with the NSN number, but I haven't been able to find any history for my truck. Can anyone give me some possible resources?

Welcome. Your only hope to figure out what AFB your truck was assigned to is from markings that may be painted over on the bumpers. If from Ohio, only a few choices.
