Dual Fuel Line Mod m915a1 ?

Ive seen older threads about dual fuel line mod,does anyone have pics how it should look ? my fuel line seems rusted outside and i thought it would be great to kill both at the same time. thank you/:naner::naner::naner:

You need:
2 - 1/8" NPT Male to # 4 JIC female swivel straight.
2 - # 4 JIC Male to # 4 JIC male 90 degree connector
1 - 1/8" NPT Male T connector with # 4 JIC Males on each end.
2 - Hoses that are 5/16" diameter with # 4 JIC females on both ends. 1 Hose should be 32 inches long 1 hose should be 40 inches long.
1 - 1/8" NPT male to 1/8" NPT female manual shut off valve.

I don't think you can swap the rear line out with the cab still on the 915 unless you cut a hole in the firewall. Pull the cab off. it is quick and easy. Might as well replace your return line as well.

The feed line for the injectors is the PASSENGERS side port. The drivers side fittings are for the return. Only the rear has the return. The front plug is a 3/16 allen head. be sure to heat it up before removal cause it will be a pain to come out.

Rear head fittings are brass and they will break very easy. In the pictures the Black lines are the feed lines and the blue line is the return.

and what is the specs for return line(assuming blue line on pic ) ?
also,where did you get that pump rebuilt.mine looks dirrty n old. :D
Return line can be the same size. I just had some cotton jacket line laying around so I used it. As long as your pump works I would leave it alone. Any local pump shop can rebuild it to whatever specs you want.
