I'm mounting a set of 395s on a set of the Hutchinson 20"x10" 20-bolt rims that I think are Caiman and/or MRAP.

I have a leak on two of them and both are right at what I assume is part of a CTIS system. I find it unlikely that the wheel o-ring is leaking in the same place on both rims, so it has to be the CTIS module. I tried replacing the 2 o-rings in the modules with what I had in stock but mine were way thicker than the originals. Tried re-using the originals w/ some sealer and it helped but they still leak.

Does anyone out there have the right o-rings? Since these are old, I don't know what their non compressed thickness was, so I can't order a generic.

Thanks

C

Also, I need one of those weird two piece nuts that is used to attach the rim ring. Anyone have an extra?

Bump. Has anyone rebuilt or serviced these CTIS modules? Or found the correct o-rings?

I think there was a discussion awhile back about just removing them all together since they bolt on and just using the port underneath it i believe. Since it is just a single hole on the bottom side? I have seen wheels that are identical to it but without the valve and had a shrader valve there

Do you still need one of those nuts ?
No, but thanks for thinking of me. My client found one through another buddy in the MV field.

Those wheels are sweet, Clint! What are you going to put them on?
It's my friend's truck. He bought them and the new (I mean literally new) 395s.

My preference for my trucks is duals but these do ride really nice. Soft sidewall.
