So, added a new airpack several weeks backs, along with new master cylinder, and have been blowing the old steel brake lines, on by one, ever since,...replaced them all now. Bleed them as best as I could - might need to do a bit more, but have hard peddle, so going with that for now...……….when I fire up the truck, and pump up the brakes, they seem to not be releasing, and the brake lights stay on, pressure remains in the lines???? When I try to drive it, it seems like the brakes are on, and it drags bad requiring a lot of power to overcome...only moved it a little down the driveway.
So all the wheels were done awhile back with new wheel cylinders, springs seemed good, shoes, etc. Still using original rubber lines - didn't replace those yet, but fluid flows out the bleeders and they don't leak, so I inclined to think my problem is elsewhere.

so, what might be causing the brakes to stay on, when the peddle is released?????? HMMMMM????
