Different ctis issue

I sold my 1089A1 and can't use it anymore to troubleshoot ctis . In my new truck the ctis will run for a few seconds with a blinking highway light, then check the pressure and turn off. No more blinking light or any lights on the ctis ecu. If i press a button, that button will illuminate as long as i hold it, but nothing else will happen.
Any ideas?
