Does anyone know if this relay carries power to the ecu? im getting no readings at the computer and no visual indication the system is working. I have changed out the ecu as the vendor sent me a fresh one

It has a fuse behind it that is 4amp. Make sure it is not blown. it received power from the main harness from the PCB box. It has 2 connections to the main harness just behind the blower switch to get the power to the light. The one has the fuse the other is a ground.
