He's not though. That's the AZ kid on the first page which I gave him solid options on how to get his truck registered. Which I shouldn't have because if he doesn't even know about collector insurance. I'm sure he has no idea how to check his hub lock nuts.
OP is trying to fight, find an exception for mv for emissions.
Connect the dops like porky. He's doing shady **** and I don't condone.
OP if you want to fight it. Pay a rather large retainer at a firm that specializes in that field, or buy a original release truck.
