I picked up the red one in Gainsville,TX. The body is in good shape and the floor is solid. the floor of the bed is another story. lots of rust and will need to have a new panel welded in.

The bed is probably rusted because it was a brush truck and the pumps leaked and water sat in the bed for periods of time. That's my guess anyway. Good looking truck. You may be able to get a painless wire harness for it to rewire it? Keep us posted with lots of pictures.

I picked up a wire harness from haywire and it has the new style fuses. I was under the bed yesterday and found only 2 bolts holding the bed on. the 2 bolt were loose. None of the other bolt hole line up. the bed needs to move about 1/2 inch forward. it should not be to bad to fix.
The front bumper was cut off with a torch so I took my sawzall and grinders and cleaned them up and cutout the square tubing out. lots of work.

I took off the front wheels and the calipers. the rubber brake lines were dry rotted and calipers were frozen so I ordered new.

what is the size for the screws for the plastic fuel tank? The fuel sending unit was rusted out and the screws were lost.
