MUTT Right Mirror installation

I would like to mount a right side mirror on my M151A2. It has the hot water heater and the windshield hinge nuts are not readily accessable. Does anyone know a work-around so that I do not have to pull the heater air intake box...and possibly the blower and heater core box? RonM
