Yeah. Those things are now being auctioned off and they look pretty cool. I would also like a section on registration and street legality and insurance and such in the stickies to prevent known TOS issues before bad posts crop up.

No matter how many forums we have, people will continue to post in the wrong forums.

Like this one originally was, now moved to the correct forum!

Growler forum would be huge! Just received one of two and a forum would be helpful as these vehicles are now finally getting released and delivered. Personally, need recommendations to improve turning radius which is horrible and where to locate manuals. Thanks.

There's a few things at play for the forum. Right now, the main objective is to move to a new software platform for the forum, and a possible redesign. Once that is settled, we'll be updating the forums.

Lionel I have been here a short time and try to participate and although I am not right or wrong always I do stick my head in there and get wacked now and then. I just had a good laugh tho as it really is about that, participating.

The Growlers when posted for sale I bet were looked at pretty well by the Troops. I looked at possible uses and are curious at some of the thoughts on that, uses.

Hopefully I'm in the right place to ask this question. If not I apologize in advance and would appreciate being directed to the right place. My question is, when looking at the Growlers not being auctioned on Gov Planet, I see that many have the rear steering linkage welded to the frame. Does anyone know why they are doing that to the vehicle? Is there a problem with the rear steering? Thanks in advance!

I'm not 100% why- of my two, one was welded, one had plates put in instead of welds and only one of them had the rear steering rack still in place. Highly doubt finding this rear rack will be easy but improved steering is required without it somehow. I am reinstalling it on the "plated" one and will update with results.
