Headlights not working

Got a new to me 929. All exterior lights work except for the headlights. No high beam or low beam. No voltage at any of the prongs. Weird thing is when I set my meter to resistance it’s ringing out between ground and I believe pin #17 at the headlight. Anyone have this problem? Maybe bad headlight switch or high beam switch grounding out?

Check that you have power to the dimmer switch as well. No power at the harness plug into the hood. More than likely it's a main switch

This happens around Detroit all the time. The Japanese I work with just call them “Day cars”.
