Deuce insurance in b.c Canada

I'm wondering what are the costs going to be of insurance for a deuce and also what license is needed? I'm almost allowed to drive (like 10 days) so I would love to know what is the cost of the deuce here in BC. I'm not planning on getting a deuce right away (need to save some $$$) but I'm just wondering what is to be expected.

Its 363$ a year for me, across the border from you in Idaho.

I can only imagine owning a dice is like owning a unimog. MOSS Imports in Langly probably have a good idea. I know he is an avid adventurer driving up rivers on hunting trips.

Is MOSS a user on this site? I'm thinking about British moss motors lol. Is there any way I could talk to this moss guy (if he is a person?)
