Got the filter on Wednesday (ordered it over the weekend). It's complete with mounting bracket, fuel heater, water sensor, and wiring and it's NES for CUCV's. The rain finally stopped raining so I could install it today. Went smoothly (so far). Don't think I got quite all the air out of the lines though but it runs a lot better, now that it's not running on as much air as fuel. I even think the exhaust sounds a little louder. I recommend oem-surplus.com as well.

What's the trick for filling these filters? Everyone says to fill it before you install it...so do I just let it sit in a tub of diesel for a little while?
