First EUC, the wait is killing me

My first EUC
  • Auction ended 2/26
  • Submitted EUC with B&W DL copy on 2/27 by email to eucinfo@govliquidation.com
  • Didn't hear anything, so on 5th day (3/4), got on GL chat to find status - they couldn't find it, so forwarded email directly to Heidi (lovely lady), who forwarded it onto the EUC group.
  • EUC emailed me on 3/7 saying needed color DL copy and Export letter. Took photo of DL and sent back same day.
  • Rec'd notice Invoice Paid-In-Full on 3/16 - 12 days after EUC receiving forwarded email from Heidi.
Second EUC
  • Sale ended 3/12, emailed EUC, export letter and color photo of DL on 3/13.
  • EUC status shows EUC sent to Battle Creek on 3/16
My EUC contact said I could also use info@govliquidation.com since the first email was lost.
