Importing a Deuce to Canada?

This is an old thread but I'll bring it back to life.
I legally brought an M35 over to Canada with no hassles at all. Just as mentioned earlier make sure your paperwork is up to date and that you give the US Customs the required notice.

This sounds like one of my problems solved, I have red somewhere that apparently it's illegal to import American deuce's but this thread says otherwise. Any idea if this still is doable?
