Kudos to Another GL Employee

I would like to thank and give 2 thumbs up to Brandi Guerrero EUC Specialist. She was great. I dealt with her for my first EUC last month and my most recent one. She always sent me a rply letting me know if she got my fax and she had to deal with all my badgering for my first EUC. So if anyone ends up with her you are in good hands.

I had her check my 1st EUC too, she was great to do business with ! Maybe GL is finally practicing good "customer service".

I agree. Brandi handled my latest EUC. Received in the morning, posted on to Battle Creek that evening.

Too bad she can't get BC to hurry up.

She did my first and my most recent EUCs and was a big help.
Really professional yet very nice to deal with. People like her make
doing business with GL a treat.

I was so pleased with how my first buy went I bought a trailer, then another
trailer. Then I told someone else in my industry about my Deuce, and how easy it was to buy and he bought two. Now three of my friends are all looking to buy one.
My truck has been great, and so far we have used it in 9 TV episodes....

My first EUC took three weeks to clear, my last took 9 days. I could not be happier with the service I have received from her and the GL people at Fort Riley and Jefferson City.

Now I am addicted....and need to find a support group....

Guns&Ammo TV which is on the Sportsman channel. Was perfect for segments we were doing on Cold War small arms. Segments will be on our next season.

I agree. Brandi is currently helping me through my first purchase and EUC approval. Both she and Heidi (unknown last name) have been very helpful. They have responded promptly to my fax submissions with emails acknowledging receipt and have been really polite and helpful in guiding me through the process. Now I'm just waiting on the EUC to be approved and whatever comes after that, then get to make a fun recovery from Barstow across the Nevada desert! Hope its as nice as the GL folks have been so far...
