Fort Meade, MD

Is there a member near Fort Meade, MD who has a tractor and can help get a semi-trailer van offbase? I am helping out another member who is currently in Iraq to get some equipment. We would need it removed from the base and stored for several months until he gets back and can come and get it with his own tractor.
