"wait to start" & "water in fuel light" out

the wait to start and water in fuel are completly out. before they started to dim and now they are completly out. i believe it is a fuse. which fuse is it? or maybe not?

Go kneel down get a flashlight and start pulling out fuses, and checking them. Maybe use some electrical contact cleaner to clean the whole fuse box. This happened to me and I believe it was the engine control fuse in my case. there is a diagram of the fuse box somewhere. Just search for it. Hope this helps
