116 trailer rim options

Looking to change the rims on my modified 116 mule hauler. I would like to change the rims and tires to a smaller diameter that will still fit the stock bolt patern. I want to lower the lunette height when connected to my f150 pickup. Any suggestions?

Hey Nick, When ever i have a tire size issue I always go to the 'Tire Rack' web site and pick out a tire and a size. Then go to alternative sizes and it gives all the specks on that tire with rim requirements.

I am looking for a smaller rim that will fit the 116 trailer bolt patern. Any ideas?

I don't know of a smaller rim but there are many many lower profile tires to be had to get the same end result.

Thats what I was thinking. Use the same rim, Just put a smaller tire on. The stock Chevy rims are 6" or 6.5" wide.

Is that M116 an A1, A2, or A3 variant?
