My top ten of what I have done so far:

1 - Adjust pedals down to the lowest setting.
2 - Removed driver's seat back.
3 - Replaced alternator belts - there was just one on the truck - a pair, 1/2" shorter as recommended by SS
4 - Topped off master cylinder.
5 - Insured, registered and inspected.
6 - Resoldered filler neck on radiator (was leaking from someone using it as a handhold).
7 - Tightened compressor belt.
8 - Greased some fittings (not all of them yet - my bad).
9 - Topped off the tires and fuel tank.
10 - Here is the best one - took off the cargo cover and took my kids and their friends for a ride - Hearing kids, tweens and teens yelling 'USA! USA!' is the best.

Here is my wish list:

1 - Whistler turbo
2 - Locking hubs for the front
3 - Redo the 12v system already on the truck
4 - Replace running boards
5 - Repair drivers side fender (rust and dents)
6 - Repaint in 24087 with white stars
7 - Find a thin cushion for the back of the driver's seat (that friggin' bar hurts)
8 - Filter and fluid change; stock for now, next change after that will be spin-ons
9 - Zipper boots; once they go, a full Monty front end overhaul
10 - Remote brake reservoir

I am not interested in turning up the fuel as I just want my Multi to last another 40 years.
