Need help identifying a 24volt 100 amp generator

Can someone tell me what this fits: 24 volt 100 amp generator, NSN 2920-01-142-7634, part number 2256A.

It sure looks like the 100 amp generator for the M809 and M939 series long bed trucks (M814, M927, M928), but the part numbers don’t match. Could this generator be used in the M814, M927, or M928 application?

That is the second series 100 amo alternator. It has the rectifier inside, but the regulator is external. It is an upgrade to every vehicle that ever had the 100 amp system previously, and there were dozens of types from APCs to Jeeps. With the piggyback regulator, it will fit many modern vehicles such as the HMMWV as well.
