Can anyone help ID this?

OK...New here and I'm not sure I'm in the right forum, but I didn't see any current Heavy MV subjects in the index. I'm sure this thing qualifies as "Heavy" as apposed to "Medium".
Anyway I was going thru some pics I snapped while in Iraq and found this one. I can't remember much about the trucks configuration other than the fact that it was big!
Can anyone tell me more about it? I stayed pretty busy there, and didn't get the chance to hang around the motor pool as much as I would have cared too!
