When running 100% WVO or WMO pre-heated, is anyone using the stock filter, or changed to a different filter? I found on my dodge I had to use a non water separator at 5 micron worked best. Haven't changed my cucv over yet, but going to this winter.

I have a water seperator filter heater before the stock filter. Why the non- water seperator? I think I may ad another filter and it will also be a water seperator. i have not done a lot of research on the spin on filters but how do you know when its time to change the spin on?

When it don't go no mo..LOL seriously its the same as with the stock filter except with a LOT less cranking as you can fill the filter before putting it on

I have heard of mixing around 10 to 15% (v/v) premium gas with WVO; more in the winter, less in the summer. This makes the viscosity very similar to diesel fuel. The filtration goes much faster and then you just fill up your tank. Anyone else heard of this?

W-85 Fuel - 85% WMO / 15% gasoline. Measure accurately. Test the fuel by taking a very small portion way off to the side and hold a flame to it for about 3-4 seconds. If it doesn't ignite, like gasoline, you will be fine. If it does ignite, add more oil. Your adding the gasoline to make wmo viscosity similiar to diesel. I do a gravity test to compare. Take a non absorbent surface and lean it against a wall. Pour both the W-85 and the diesel down the gradient. Compare time and distance.
