Need semitrailer pulled-Hooks

In a bigtime pinch, family emergency, cannot get to Hooks to pick up M129A3 van semitrailer, trailer is perfect, need someone to pull off RRAD and store short term, must happen this week and Tues-Wed of next week. Please let me know who can help. Thanks.

If no one volunteers look for a wrecker service close that has an attachment that can hook to a kingpin and pull it off post for you. They may charge storage but you may be able to negotiate the rate or when you have to start paying storage.

Contact Reb87, he hired a wrecker outfit to pull lots for him. From our conversation I think he'd recommend their service. They are litterally just down the highway.

I stopped to visit Red River Parts & Equipment when I picked up an m101 at Hooks. I was looking for a spare rim. They found one in the yard but everything they had is deuce and 5 ton plus. Lots and lots of trucks and parts. I believe they do a lot of export from the conversation I had. I happen to luck out they had something so "small".

They are literally across the street and have a huge yard. They were extremely friendly to me. Don't know about their prices but worth a shot?

I second that suggestion. Your professional wrecker drivers are also more likely to spot a potential problem before it becomes a problem. And, they're insured!

Does anyone know the name of a towing company in the area? I need a 5 ton hauled from Hooks. I sent Reb87 a PM, but he hasn't been on SS in 2 weeks, so Im not so sure that he'll be on again anytime soon.

It is Pratts Trucking Service. 903-838-4102 http://www.prattstruckservice.com/ They were charging 100 bucks for getting m871 trailers off base and storing for a month. $100 more for stacking em up to three total trailers(top upside down) Very nice to work with.
